In 2013 DONT WALK chose to support the charity 'The Nonviolence Project' based in Switzerland. It was a perfect match, given that it’s ethos directly reflects both the context and mission of DONT WALK; trying to combat violence through education and information.

The creative vision and direction was directly influenced by 'The Nonviolence Project' and explored the many forms in which violence exists and how humans all have the potential to be both good and bad, peaceful and violent, as was shown in numerous studies including the famous Stanford Prison Experiment  and Milgram Study.

This notion was explored through a series of photoshoots, one which took the concept of juxtapositions, and how people’s understanding of issues are defined and understood by their direct opposites, just think about the association between peace and violence. The second shoot, "Tainted Souls", investigated how people all have a violent and evil side to them if they allow it to take over and be consumed by complete darkness. In correspondence with the conversation that was established throughout the year, the theatrical show built on these notions, with the theatrical opening starting off with a statement on violence and how we can all become prisoners of how ourselves and these evil thoughts if we allow ourselves to. The show commenced with a video of models emphasizing the necessity of not turning a blind eye to violence and ultimately saw them march out in customized costumes inspired by prisoners. The conversation of violence reappeared in the closing of the first half, with models showcasing dresses made out of newspapers and a video projection of news segments that showcased leaders and historical moments of violence.
