Alina Abouelenin is a multidisciplinary visual designer.

Her background in International Relations & Psychology sparked her interest in exploring the confluence of creativity, meaning and social impact, which ultimately led to her involvement in creative philanthropic projects; fashion; pursuing a Master's degree in Journalism from Columbia University, with a focus in documentary filmmaking; and completing a program in Graphic and Digital Design at Parsons.

Her work has appeared in a number of publications, including The New Yorker, TIME, Huffington Post, Your Middle East, Der Standard, W24 and Columbia Visuals. She has produced both her own documentaries as well as been hired to work on documentaries for HBO and PBS and she has been employed to consult on and execute a number of design projects.

Her ultimate goal has and always will remain creating, regardless of the medium, because she believes that a good idea requires the liberty to unfold in whatever form necessary in order to become the best version of itself.

She is currently based in Vienna, Austria.
